1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Dopamine Tour Prague (the "Provider") and the customer (the "Client"). By booking a tour, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Dopamine Tour is a small-group experience in Prague focused on social interaction, atmosphere, and a non-traditional way of exploring the city. This is not a traditional historical guided tour.

• Group size: max. 8 participants
• Language: English (unless agreed otherwise)
• Duration: approx. 2.5 hours

3. Booking & Contract

Bookings can be made via the website or direct communication. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on the website. Payment may be required in advance (online) or as agreed individually. A booking becomes binding after confirmation and/or payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Client cancellations:

• 48+ hours before → full refund
• 24–48 hours → 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours → no refund

The Provider may cancel due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

6. Liability

Participation is at the Client's own risk. The Provider is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings
• Injuries caused by inappropriate behavior
• External circumstances (weather, transport, etc.)

7. Health & Participation

By booking, the Client confirms they are physically and mentally able to participate and comfortable in a social group environment. The experience is inclusive and open to neurodivergent individuals; however, participation remains the Client's responsibility.

8. Conduct

Clients agree to respect other participants and behave appropriately. The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
